Tagliare il tessuto ricamato delle dimensioni desiderate. Della stessa misura tagliare un pezzo imbottitura di cotone e un pezzo di tessuto a vostra scelta che sarà il retro del cuscinetto. Con lo stesso tessuto del retro del cuscinetto tagliare una striscia alta  cm 6 e lunga 4 volte il perimetro. Piegare a metà e cucire con un punto a zig-zag. Per quanto riguarda il bordino elastico quadrettato e' sufficiente la misura del perimetro.

Con la macchina da cucire applicare sul "rettangolo" ricamato i due bordini. Mettere dritto contro dritto dei due tessuti, inserire un nastro in raso che servirà da appendino, cucire  a macchina il perimetro lasciando aperto per 10 cm circa. Rovesciare (passare al dritto) il lavoro passando attraverso l'apertura. Inserire l'imbottitura e cucire a mano con piccoli punti nascosti la parte rimanente.
